What do they do?: 

It is a hospital with a rehabilitation centre and also a campaigning organisation who work hard to promote people's rights.

Who benefits?: 

13,000 people each year, with a particular focus on young children.

Activities: 
  • High quality medical treatment and aftercare, including speech and occupational therapies, counselling and advisory services. 

  • School lessons and vocational training form part of the centre’s outreach services.

  • Outpatient services including physiotherapy, a hydrotherapy pool and an orthopedic workshop.

  • Support outreach centres in nearby towns and villages, where visiting rehabilitation workers help parents care for their children.
